By creating an account, listing a product, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrackLab. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges, including any shipping selected at checkout. TrackLab does not store your full card details.

Vehicle fitment information is provided by sellers. You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your specific vehicle before purchasing. Listings are sold by independent sellers, not by TrackLab.

Orders, returns, and shipping timelines are governed by the relevant seller’s policies together with these Terms.

Approved sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of items offered, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws. You may only list items you have the right to sell.

Seller payouts are handled through Stripe Connect and may be subject to holding periods, fees, and a payout schedule that we may communicate separately.

You may not list counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited items. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including listings, build photos, and descriptions. You grant TrackLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including: posting unlawful or infringing content, circumventing fees, manipulating reviews or listings, attempting to access other users’ accounts, scraping, or interfering with the security or operation of the service.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TrackLab does not manufacture, inspect, or warrant any parts sold by sellers, and makes no guarantee regarding fitment, condition, performance, or legality of any item.

Installation and use of performance or modification parts may affect vehicle safety, emissions compliance, and warranty coverage. You assume all risk associated with the parts you purchase and install.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of fees we received in connection with the transaction at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackLab from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
